I have created three PDF documents that can be purchased either separately or as a pack. All three plans are designed around improving performance. Each PDF contains video links to guide you through the exercises. 


1. POSTURE 

Posture is defined as the position we assume when we stand or sit. Often we assume 'poor' posture commonly known as 'hunchback'. Assuming this position can cause us to become kyphotic over time reducing the quality of our lives. With this plan you will learn how to correct this and strengthen your posture through simple but effective exercises. 



2. MOBILITY

Mobility is defined as the ability of a joint to move through a range of motion (ROM). Mobility is often lost as we age due to inactivity and this can impede our movement. This plan will educate you on how to increase ROM at your joints and will leave you feeling more mobile and able to complete new movement patterns. 


3. STRENGTH

Strength can be broken down into maximal and relative components. Maximal strength is total force production, whereas relative strength is the amount of force you can produce compared to your body weight. This plan is based on the latter and is designed to help you feel stronger both within the gym and away from it.
