Over the past 10 years I have expanded my knowledge of health and fitness, as well as gaining experience through teaching over a thousand hours of group exercise classes. The majority of these have been taught within the boutique sector. This has provided a combination of experience, training and feedback, which has allowed me to create a bespoke product, providing both results and enjoyment.
